Hi all,
I've made an aplication that capture rtp packet from a web cam and make an mp4 file.
But now i want to put these mp4 files on a Streaming Server to be able to streaming on-demand.
I'm a little confuse about the hint samples.I've have some file that has the Hint Samples between the movie samples and have another mp4 files instead of Hint samples are between movie samples,they are on another mdat box and in this case when its a "Sample Mode" the sample offset its always 0000.
Can anyone help me?
