Utility to easily downsample many clips.

I have a series of clips that I was authoring, and now I need to add another clip, but there is no more room on the disk!

I encoded all the clips at 7000kbps and now my disk is full.

Is there a utility that will quickly and easily downsample the clips to a lower bitrate?

rejig (by nic)would be a fast option.. its a transcoder that will quickly lower the bitrate. it works similar to dvdshrink . or you can fully reencode them with hcenc or some mpeg2 encoder but that will take much longer of course.
