Say I have a 20 video clip and I'd like to save a particular 1 minute portion of it as a new video clip. For AVI files, this is easy enough - just open it up in VirtualDub, deleting all the frames before the desired start frame and all frames after the desired end frame, and save.

How would I do this for MP4 files? I can't use VirtualDub... can I use AviMux? Or is there some other program that I'll need to use?
