Subtitle settings in Subtitle Menu with Scenarist

What´s the scenario configuration needed to get the buttons on a subtitle menu to select the audio/subpicture for a video track (i.e. to set with what audio/subtitle the main video will start, or to go to the menu and change the palying audio/sub stream.)?

There's the command "Set Audio/Sub/Angle Stream" where you can set the audio, subpicture and angle based on direct value (i.e. set subpicture 1 ON or OFF) or based by a GPRM value. This command is not available in the VMG Menu (i.e. Title Menu) but it's available in all other VTS Menu. You can "catch" the current value looking in SPRM1 (for audio) and SPRM2 (for subpicture).
