Hi!
Are you, in fact, having a problem burning a backup from a successful rip of your purchased original DVD - or are you having a problem ripping and/or compressing?
Whichever the case is, please be good enough to provide as many details as possible regarding software used, specific procedures used, specific error messages, burning log, etc.

This is actually the 3rd site I've posted this question on since nobody has replied on the others:
Curious if anyone here knows the answer to this. I played the movie back on my software player and it shows the running time for the rated R version as 1:58:54 and the Uncorked version as 2:06:51 I decrypted the movie with DVDFabDecrypter, opened up DVDShrink, and noticed that movie(s) was missing from the Main Title section and instead placed in another labeled Unreferenced or something like that. I went to Re-Author mode and the movie goes away. I am left with Menu's, Main Title which only has the extras and another called Extras. All I want is the movie and not all the filler crap so I figured I'd run it thru VOBBlanker. VOBBlanker did not like it but was able to process it. It gave a warning saying that their may be playback issues. Out of curiosity I opened up my software player and it plays fine, but the running times have changed! they are now listed as 2:06:51 and 2:12:18 What is going on! Is it looping back a scene or something? Another thing I noticed is that after running it thru VOBBlanker, the main title(s) have now been moved (in DVDShrink) from Unreferenced to Main Title, but the main titles are now mixed in with the extras in Whole Movie mode. If I go into Re-Author mode, I am now able to backup just the main titles, but the running times are off. I was wondering what may be doing this?

There have been many threads regarding this movie. A search for this movie through doom9 and digital-digest forums would have provided you the answers.
This movie has ILVU cells, that's why you're seeing 2 versions, Uncorked and Theatrical. It also has ArccOS protection, that's why you're seeing it as Unreferenced in Shrink.
Try this process flow:
Dvd Decrypter (PSL2 file needed) > FixVTS > DVDShrink
Or the easiest, use PgcEdit's PLS2 Plugin. Just follow the 3 steps in the wizard.

Take spyhawk's advice and use the wizard. DVD FAB has botched up the rip.
See Kill ARccOS in my signature. Click here to install all required files automatically (http://forum.digital-digest.com/showthread.php?t=58318).
