can't seem to load any avs files in the current build. all of my sample avs files work under megui though.

here's the error message
---------------------------
Cannot open video input
---------------------------
The file C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Desktop\limitedsharpen.avs cannot be opened.

Please make sure it's a valid AviSynth script and that AviSynth is properly installed.

You can check the validity of your script and AviSynth installation by opening the file in your favorite media player.

If that works, try opening the video in VirtualDub(Mod) as well. If the former works and the latter doesn't, install a YV12 codec.

Error message for your reference: Unable to find an entry point named 'avs_eval' in DLL 'AvisynthWrapper'.

OK

Error message for your reference: Unable to find an entry point named 'avs_eval' in DLL 'AvisynthWrapper'.You have an avisynthwrapper.dll in your megui path, have you not?
And not just that but the very latest one from a very up-to-date megui build.

well, dimzon will have to have the last word here but the error looks quite clear to me.. megui tries to make reference to a function that is not present in your avisynthwrapper.dll. Since the dll, just like megui itself, is under heavy development, I find it quite reasonable to assume that your dll isn't new enough.

looks like the new build rev.4.11 on http://x264.nl/ fixed it. i think it was just the "megui-x264-svn.exe" that was in error.

I think i got the same problem. Could you please explain again how to solve this?

This is the first time i tried using x264 codec. so, i don't understand what kind of thing are you talking about.

It means you are using non-complimentary version of avisynthwrapper.dll and MeGUI. Unfortunally I can't provide you old build of avisynthwrapper.dll so you need to get latest version of MeGUI and avisynthwrapper.dll to fix it.

PS. Somebody who created bundle (b0bor) must know it!

Edit:

Ok Ok, now included in the installer:
Data/ContextHelp.xml
AvisynthWrapper.dll
megui-x264-svn.exe
neroraw.exe

Grab 412 (reuploaded after this edit)

I was not aware these files were needed (referring to AvisynthWrapper.dll).
Are there more files required for megui that come with the megui CVS?

There is a MessageBoxExLib.dll that you should find(included in my full megui builds). I'm not sure if it's required but it gets put in the bin directory when you compile megui so I assumed it's also required.

NeroRaw does'nt need for megui-x264-svn.exe, it's requed only for full version (it's nero AAC encoder wrapper)

Ya, and now there is only full-svn or full version :)
So all files included as far as megui goes, other 3rd party tools may be hosted as a package later.

P.S.
I still think there should be full and full-custom :scared:
