Zoom Player mpeg2 broken after cleanreinstall, Media plays perfectly in Graphedit/wmp

Would somebody very experienced with Windows mpeg2 playback & demultiplexing (and related system dependancies) please be kind enough to help me with my problem mentioned at the thread below? This is a particularly hard problem to fix!
