Hi!

I'm looking for a royalty free runable (.exe) video format with no need of external libs running on plain windows. Just like the bink format from radgametools. Quality should be better than mpg1. http://www.radgametools.com/bnkmain.htm Any idea?

Therora is free and should outperform MPEG1, too. On the mplayer cygwin mailing list was a patch for MPlayer, that allowed to append a clip to the MPlayer binary (e. g. with unix/linux dd, that is also ported to win32) that would be played back after double-clicking the binary.
