Idx/Sub Question?

I have an idx and sub file which contains subtitles in three different languages. I would like to leave just the english subtitles in the idx/sub file and remove the other two languages. I would also like to change the colour of the remaining english subtitles. The idx/sub file is to be used for encoding permanent subtiles into an avi file using virtualdubmod in the subtitle colour of my choice. At the moment virtualdubmod uses the first subtitle stream that it came across which happened to be spanish and the default yellow subtitles!! Can anyone help me out with this please?

For stripping the unwanted subs:

Go to Doom9 software download section (http://www.doom9.org/index.html?/software.htm), and under Subtitle tools, look for VobSubStrip 0.11. Then follow this (http://www.doom9.org/index.html?/vobsub-editing.htm)guide.

For changing the color of subtitles:

Open VobSub Configure (this comes bundled with VobSub) and load the idx into it. Click on the second color box (the first is for the subtitle background color) and choose the color you want:

Press OK to save.
