@radar
try this one
http://www.cdcovers.cc/covers.php
They are not all on there, I would recommend a purchasing a photo scanner. This way you can make sure that the origional you have, match your backups.

You may want to stick with a marker instead of labels (no pun intended), as it's been shown that labels on a DVD can warp them to the point they won't play.

If you have an inkjet printerthat can print on the disks, why would you need labels?
For the record, I believe the main problem, at least in my case, has been when I applied the label while it was still slightly damp and it shrank.

I normally dont make CD labels with my inkjet printer because my kids grab the CD/DVD's on the reading side, when I'am cleaning this side I normally get the label side smearet, because of the wather. So I droped making labels for my CD/DVD's. It's also proberly because I have a museum ready printer an old HP DeskJet 870Cxi.
The other good alternative would be to print them with a colour laser printer.

FYI -- The consensus seems to be that you will NOT have any playback problems due to printing directly onto a printable DVD-R or DVD+R using your Epson printer.
The problems seem to occur with those stick-on labels (with burned DVDs). The exact reason is still being debated (some claim the actual paper causes speed problems, since they spin very fast, others say it is the adhesive, and others have other suggested causes). Regardless, they are bad news. Some are fine for months, or even perhaps a year or 18 months, and then the discs suddenly all cease to play.
Safe methods:
-No labeling.
-Using a "Sharpie" or similar marker.
-Printing directly onto a printable burned DVD.
If you choose method 3, you should know that the ink will be wet after printing. Let it dry. Epson actually recommends 24 hours before you play it. You do not want that wet ink flying off into the innards of your DVD player.
Also, avoid liquids of any sort. Even after it is dry, if your hands are really wet, and you pick up that DVD, you can expect the liquid to react to the ink and cause some smudging. This can happen at any time. This is the nature of inkjet inks. I have never had this, but I am always careful when I pick up any DVD or CD. Most people are not, and will pick one up while eating a pizza and slurping a can of cold beer with lots of condensation.
Some spray a finisher to avoid this last problem. A sort of a lacquer spray, which can make it even shinier, and also can moisture-proof the final product. This can work but you must then take GREAT care to avoid any possibility of the finisher getting on the "underside" of the disc (the data saide), or even the very outer edge. People actually build special riggings and templates for this. I do not do this, but it is a workaround to avoid the moisture hazard.
I just print, and then let it dry. But then, everyone in my family also has been taught to be very careful when they pick up a DVD or a CD.

No. But I've had to pull off one once, bacause the label is not centered proberly, which gave the CD unbalance, that gave me read errors. If you print them pirectly on the Media there should be no problems.
