can I browse compressing video?

I find when I use some video software to compressing video, the compressing file is blocked by sytem that forbid user open it with video player.

Is there a solution that we can browse the any part of video when live video still be capturing and compressing.

That sounds like an issue with your capture device and how it writes the video files.

AviPreview opens files that in use. Or you may simply copy it anywhere and open
with MPC.
