tmpgen&xp need help

i did a clean in stall of win xp .and in temgen i get the message. avi can not open or unsupported .all the time .any help .thanks:confused:

it all depends on the codec used to make the avi!

Right click on the avi-file and look at the properties to which video and audio codec you should install in winXP.
