sounds like a pan and scan issue.. just use dvdpathcher and change the aspect ratio of that video to 16:9 (dvdpatcher will probably report it as 4:3)

I have do what I was told and still get

The aspect ratio error has now gone (a warning about seq_end_code is very commmon). However, there is something wrong with the tracks. Post the scenaid.log and scenaid30.scp file
