Just want to report that the downloading via web completely solved my troubles in the registration process (due to firewall usage)...

Edit: I mean, by directly sending an e-mail to Jdobbs, me never really had any trouble with the registration, but now the whole process is working automatically also...

Yes, the process worked flawlessly for me. Just HAD to support this prog, it is the best one I have seen for making backups of the DVD's I own. Thanks again, jdobbs for a top-notch program. :)
