Scenarist Default Region Values?

Hi all!
When i create a project and i set the Regional settings to 2 (Europe) and i try to software simulate my scenario, i get the error "Regional code error (1)".
That means that i have the regional code 1 to "Shall not be played".
How can i change that default value to 2 so when i set the regional codes i dont get that error?

While in the Scenario Editor press F5. Then hit the software simulation button. In the bottom section you'll see the settings tab and can set the Regional option,
