What is the best way to convert Mpeg4 back to VOB file?

I know it may be :stupid: thing to do. But :D

Do I need to go from analog to avi. Is there any way to convert the divx (mpeg 4) back to mpeg 2 or raw avi? I could not find any conversion in this direction on the guide.

No. Just read that part that explains how to author video. Of course you need to convert it to mpeg-2 first. Open your avi in an AviSynth script and open that in a mpeg-2 encoder.
