I recently downloaded numerous avi files, and most of the files play fine on my dvp642 player, but 2 files cause my player to freeze. If I wait 2 minutes than the player plays the rest of the cd for a second and freezes again. Note my computer plays all of the files fine. The only difference between a good file and a bad file is the audio data rate and video data rate and the % overhead. A bad file has a higher % overhead than a good file. Also a bad file has A/V interleave of
1 vid frame (8 ms) Split: Yes
while a good file has a A/V interleave of
42 ms (1.0 v.frames) Split: Yes
or
1 vid frame (42 ms) Split: Yes
Any helps would be great.
