Maybe if you tried the forum for SVCD, the people here work on DVD and MiniDVD - totally different (I for one have no idea how to make a SVCD)

I had ULEAD DVD MOVIE MAKER on my cpu but the 30 days ran out so i tried to reinstall it and it said it is still expired. Does any one know how to get all the ULEAD FILES off my system so i can keep installing the trial version or does any one know where i can get a crack from TY N ADV:(

Ok, first off mpg2avi is for divx not svcd. But you can use dvd2svcd, just turn off the cd image creation. Demux the mpg file with tmpgenc's mpeg tools, and go from there...

Don't use I-Author's muxer for the subtitles. It'll let your movies run out-of-sync after about 40 minutes. It's a typical beginner error. Use MPGXMPS instead if you want to use I-Author.
