Seek software able to capture a video of the Web in real time?

I would like to capture this extract of video of my PC.

Which software or utilitarian I could use?

I know that it is possible to capture an audio file on the Web, but I don't know tools able to do this operation.

Somebody has an idea.. :(

This is not a video, it's a flash file. Try this:

1. clear your browsers cache.
2. view the file
3. look in the cache directory.
4. copy the flash file (.swf) to a save location.
