Looking for resize plugin for virtualdub

I've previously been using a good resize plugin in virtualdub but since I reinstalled my computer I lost it and I cannot find it again on the 'net! :(
It contained alot more settings than the "standard" resize filter (but it was not the "smart resize" filter).
A feature I found usefull is that it automatically calculated the correct width/height assuming one of the values was changed and the aspect ratio was defined.
Can any give me any hints?

I have over 250 maybe as high as 300 VD Plug-ins. Most I have with source
code. It wouldn't be a bad idea to have them on one site. Let me know if you
are interested.
