[x264][LossLess] ... About bitrate ?

Hi world ! ;)

How many of you have try lossless 1-pass x264 encoding ?
( I've seen this profile in Full X264 package )

This mode looks pretty, but some doubts stay in my mind :
> An idea about the bitrate needed ? 1500, 2000, 3000 KBps ... more ...
( for a full anamorphic DVD : just top & bottom crop, 720*416 for ex. ... )
> What about speed encoding ?

In another words : is it really usable ? ...

Bitrate achieved by h264 lossless depends on the video content. A pure black video will be encoded losslessly at a very low bitrate. A pure random noise video will have a bitrate higher than the uncompressed video.
