I'm trying to encode epidodes of Aqua Teen Hunger Force using AutoGK, and when I select the appropriate .vob files after using DVDD I have options to pick what I want to encode, with one option of 1 hour+ (the "play all episodes" option) or several selections of around 11 minutes (the episodes). I have Xvid options already ready, then chose a 75% encoding target, use the AAC from the DVD, and start the job. However whenever I select one of the episodes I always end up with AutoGK encoding the "select all episodes" option instead of the 11 minute episodes individually. Am I missing something or can AutoGK just not do this?

Are the episodes all together within one .vob file? If so, you'll need to re-rip the DVD in .IFO mode to separate the episodes into individual folders. If they're decrypted individually, they'll need to be in separate folders or renamed non-sequentially so AutoGK won't select them all for encoding.
