A friend of mine has given me a legel,uncopywrighted cartoon that he made. It is on a VHS and I have a WinTV-PVR-USB2 and would like to know what the best way to capture it is. Also, if there is a guide anywhere on how to process and edit the resulting files, I would be most greatful if someone could point me n its direction.
