Scenarist - Template not updating with new video

I created a menu system for numerous videos I'm moving to DVD. Created an initial one in Scenarist and then for reuse saved it as a template. When I replace the initial video with a new one, it shows the new time, however the Track itself does not update so if the video was longer, it gets cut off where the previous video was. I have tried switching to Place Holder and back to Data again but no joy. Deleting the track and recreating would fix it, however that's not my favorite option as I have a lot of pointers in the Scenario Editor to scenes in the movies and would hate to have to recreate this. Kind of defeats the point of a template. Any help would be appreciated on another way to update the track with the new video length.

Looks like I can do it manually however guessing that's not the appropriate way.
