Copying UOP's

Is there a way to copy UOP settings from one PGC or cell to another? I know the latest version of Scenarist supports this but I'm not willing to pay the outrageous support charges to get it. I have a theory that Sonic has kept this upgrade back for a while to try and coax people into buying into support. Surely people have been begging for this type of function for ages now or is it just me that finds it a very time consuming tedious waste of time? Of course it's also possible I'm just a sad cynic.
I thought there might be a way of doing it in a text editor.

You can always select (shift/control click) more than asset in scenario editor and set the UOPs for all at the same time.

(BTW how much is the upgrade from 2.7 to 3.x? I never dared asking support, i have a weak heart :D)

You upgrade by signing onto support which has different levels - bronze, silver and gold I think. I can't remember exact prices but I remembered being shocked. Minimum was thousands of dollars. I'm not sure if you can just buy the upgrade, I don't think that's how it works. However the version where I work was originally a Daikin 2.0 (I've seen the instal disc floatinging around) so they must have got the upgrade somehow and I'm pretty sure they've never joined support. I'll try and find out for you.
We're on 3.01 now. When I started using Scenarist they had 3.0 which had a very annoying bug in it which corrupted command scripts every time you changed a script line. I nearly pulled my hair out. How did that ever make it to release? They gave us 3.01 instead. I believe it's upto 3.1 now.
Just out of curiosity does anyone know if it is possible to run two versions of Scenarist on the same PC and dongle?
