batch 5.1 AAC to AC3 with Graphedit?

Hi, I used the graphedit method in this guide (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?p=666230#post666230) to convert my 5.1 AAC files to 5.1 AC3 very quickly and easily, and I must say it works quite well with good results. But now I've got about 14 AAC files that I'd like to convert using the same method, and I was wondering if there was a way in graphedit (or another method using the ffdshow filter) to do this in a batch so I don't have to start each new one manually. Any way to do this?
