MP3 Renaming

Good evening everybody!

I got a lot of MP3's on my Computer , which are created from WAV , so they got no ID3-Tags.

Their names are in the Format :
Artist - Album - Tracknumber - Title

Now I'm searching for a tool , that reads the Tags out of the Filename and writes it to the ID3-Tag.
After that the Tool have to Rename the Files to this Format:
Track Number - Artist - Title

Is there any Tool out there , which can do it ?

@Eastermeyer, Try MP3Tag (http://www.anytag.de/download/mp3tagv234esetup.exe). It will do all those.
