Here's an interesting one:

Any one got an idea what Scenarist is trying to tell me here? As you can see it moves on to the next track and muxes everything else (done on the same encoder at the same settings) fine. I'm thinking it could be that I've set my GOP size too small (they're set a 4 frames) but that doesn't explain why all my other tracks are fine. In any case I don't get the deck back until this afternoon. If anyone's got any other ideas then they'd be appreciated.
