What's in store for you guys

Just a little curiosity, all the big guys here get to test all the upcoming codecs and stuff, I was thinking you all guys spending your precious time in analysing and finding bugs in it, what's in store for you ?

Do you get any free copies of the encoding app or anything at all ?

Nothing more than the solice in knowing that we help to provide a better product for a company and its customers. The only major perks is we get to see and experiment before the average customer does. Sometimes thats good, sometimes (in MS' cases) its bad. IMO, beta testers are a different breed of people as we always want to see just where the cutting edge takes us.
