Getting Errors all of a sudden

All of a sudden I am getting the following error when trying to encode a movie. This happens with every movie I try to encode. I was fine two days ago and now this. I tried 4 diff movies even ones I have already encoded and get the same error. I haven't installed anything as far as I remember.

Yes I did. Same problem.

I should add that this may be in the wrong thread as I use GK as the gui.

I've even reinstalled and gotten the same error.

The closest match I've seen to this problem was reported in 2004 by Thoralf:

There have been other similar problems reported earlier, but for those, they were working with .avi containers, and re-install seemed to do the trick.
