Hi. I have a simple question. I use dbPowerAMP 11.5 PowrPack to convert my MP3's (128kbps, 44.1khz, 16bit) to 2-pass 32kbps 22khz WMA. I use the DSP effect that is to change to 8bit audio by dithering. Is there any way to remove the hissing sound it always produces? If I open a song in WavePad and say remove hum and hiss it works great but then I can't resave it as WMA and I would have to do song by song individually. Is there a way to remove that hissing sound because 8bit at 22khz sounds excellent except for that hiss.
