I am capturing analog TV (PAL) with Geforce 6600GT VIVO composite in, and captured video has horizontal lines running through chroma channel (b&w videos are ok):

This is 2* zoomed fragment of stationary frame, uncompressed UYVY (the only color space available for capturing). It looks like chroma upsampling error described here http://www.hometheaterhifi.com/volume_8_2/dvd-benchmark-special-report-chroma-bug-4-2001.html but it says it only happens when upsampling YV12 4:2:0 source, and afaik no upsampling takes place during analog tv capture.
What causes this effect? Are there any filters to take care of it?
