ffdshow: milan_cutka or celticdruid?

I'd like some help about ffdshow. I noticed there is two different developpements:
1) One by celticdruid:

2) One by milan_cutka:

If I base myself on release dates, I believe that the Milan's one is more advanded. But is that true? Is Milan's one based on the Celtic one?

What are the differences between the two? And which one is adviced?

Milan is the actual developer. Celtic is just making builds with a different compiler (quite nice and fast builds I might add).

it doesnt matter what compile you use, as they are all made from the same source

generally it can be said that you should the latest compile as its compiled using the latest source no matter who compiled it
