i just downloae this new update and i am new to it...where do i find a readme on how to insert all vob files from a dvd rip just wants to do one at a time.

You have at least three options:

1. Tell your ripper program to create a single VOB.

2. You can use the DOS COPY command in a DOS window to join them into one file:

copy /b file1.vob+file2.vob+file3.vob joined.vob

3. Use DGMPGDec, which can process multiple VOBs.

No. You need an external MPEG encoder. HC and Quenc are both free and very good.
