If I encode using dvd2svcd it crashes my router, necessatating a power cycle to get it up and running again, only for it to crash a minute or 2 later??!!
I've confirmed this, the crashes ONLY happen when using dvd2svcd and I have to remove the encoding machine from the network in order to maintain connectivity with the other machines.
Has anyone else had this happen? I assume it's something to do with needing to forward the ports used by the adserver.
For info my machine & router :
Router = Belkin f5d7633
AMD a64 x2 3800+
1024Mb ram Crucual ddr4000ram
Kn8 motherboard (Using onboard network and sound)
Nvidia 7800GT
2x300Gb WD (raid 0)
1x80Gb Seagate
1x250Gb WD
Windows XP sp2
I can't think of anything else that would be relevant, can anyone help?
