Alright, I need some help encoding my ripped VOB files to WMV9 with ProCoder 2. When I use the wizard and choose the 100kbps setting for web streaming, it sets the video quality to 50%. So after I encode part of the movie and watch it the video is too blocky for me. Of course, if I simply raise the sharpness/quality level I lose smoothness. So, what should I do to have a pretty good quality 100kbps WMV streaming movie?

Ehh, 100kbps is simply not enough for pretty good quality.

if you really need to be at or below 100kbit/s you will probably have to drastically reduce the resolution of the video. I haven't used WMV9 or 100kbit/s target on any other encoder, but around 320x240 (1/2 width, 1/2 height) or even lower could be a reasonable starting point.
