A while ago i purchased just ONE very expensive Dual Layer DVD R and very succesfully used DVD Decrypter to Burn an identical copy,

As i havent yet got another Dual Layer DVD R and i have another DVD to Back Up I took the next best option and created an ISO image using DVD Decrypter, the resulting file is 8 gig and i see there is an MDS file there as well.

So my question is this..... when i get a Dual Layer DVD R and i want to burn the 8 gig ISO file to it, will my Nero burning program automaticaly pick up on the MDS file ?????, i seem to think this MDS file tells the burning program where to split the file, for each layer ???.

am i on the right track Please

Hi!

If you create an .ISO image file with DVD Decrypter, simply use DVD Decrypter to burn your DVD as well. In DVD Decrypter (v.3.5.4):

Mode>>ISO>>Write ISO and select the .MDS file (NOT the .ISO file)...
