What is indicator for good or bad encoding quality, regarding divx-encoding.
In other words, creates every encoding tool a file with SAME quality if same codec and bitrate are used or are there differences, using one codec with different tools?
Whats a the "limit" for a bitrate. Is there a bitrate, where you can say, no more makes any sense? ("normal format; 640x480; 720x576).
