I have a DVD wich is Pal, no region lock.
I want to rip it to my H/D so using Canopus Procoder change it from Pal to NTSC
I am trying to use DVD decrypter but I am lost as to what settings should I use so Procoder can read it. Procoder supports avi,dv,mov,mpg,mpe,mpg2,m2p,m2v,m1p,m1v.
It will not read TS that the dvd is written.
Any suggestions will appreciated.

Try DVD Decrypter to rip it to your hard drive, then rename the .vob file to .mpg. VOB's are basically MPEG-2, which you should be able to open with a program that has MPEG-2 ability.

It will not read TS that the dvd is written. DVDs do not use transport streams.

Don't know this is what you want.. But you can use IFOEDIT to change header from PAL to NTSC.. It works for my Sony... Nothing change just the header.
Ignore this post if you already know or you dont want to do it.

Thanks for the answer. When I try to access the files with my editor or with the Canopus I see them as TS files. Video TS and Audio TS. Then you open them and you get the FOBs etc. My mistake!
But the bottom line is that the Procoder will not recognize these files either.
Regarding Thang_Bom's message to be clear, are you saying that I can use a program called IFOEDIT and change the header to NTSC?
Which header to I change?
Now you guys see why I should have posted at the newbie forum :)
Thanks again.

You still need to rip the files to your hard drive first...
