I know this isn't the forum about bitrate-viewer, but I ca'n't find a better one...
I use bitrate viewer on original decrypted/ripped VOB files and get really weird things sunch as:
1) Strange time-info for gops... startting with 3.00.40.19 for example or all gops having 0:00:00 as time value.
2) Idiotic GOP sizes reported. Even 26 on some DVD's and 13 and other strange values..... Indeed the distance between I frames is 25...
GOP should be 15 at highest for PAL and even I use 12 with DVD-RB and that's just ok.
When I use VOB's from DVD-RB output I get reasonbale timing and GOP-SIXE.
From original rippes however I get the most strange gop-sizes.
