problem with dvdshrink.

i'm trying to shrink a dvd image file because it is too large for my dvd. when i try to do so this happens; I go to File -> Open Disc Image and get an error: "Invalid DVD navigation structure".

I have mounted it with daemon tools and it seems to run all right that way. what do I do from here, thanks.

1) Is it an .ISO image file, or some other format?

2) What software and procedures did you use to create it?

3) What is the DVD title and region?
