High Speed Capture (Filming)

Anyone ever come across a cheap way to do high speed filming?

Best I can figure .... I can grab 60 frames/ps with DV by giving up resolution.

Has anyone seen a method of using something like an array of webcams and software (maybe a few PCs) to grab over 100fps? I'm not sure how you could (reasonably) position the cams to deal with their offset.

Or maybe another way?
