NTSC to PAL

In the new build of dvd2svcd i'm unable to tick the ntsc to pal box it is always greyed out.
Is this something i have caused or is it part of the new build.
my dvd player wont play ntsc is there any way around this or is the box going to become available again in later builds.

Do you have "Do not convert audio (use source audio)" checked in the audio tab?
Since NTSC2PAL requires adjustment of the audio to match the altered framerate, it is not possible use both options simultaneously, thus if one is selected, the other is greyed out.
