green screen then movie

im getting a green screen that shows for like half a sec then the movie goes on how do i fix this?? im using ffdhshow for encoding.

sorry for posting so much, its that i really need to get this movie done. ive fixed the problem and and unchecked the yv12 colorspace. thanks.
