You'll have to download and install an XviD codec...

Is this related to your other problem where you deleted files not knowing what they were for?

not sure. but its either i installed ffdshow or an xvid codec.

ffdshow has an xvid codec with it. problem with it it has too many codecs in it that it fixed my seeker slider problem in windows media player. i dont even know what codec or filter it replaced.
