There is a "Procedures Manual" and a few other PDFs linked from the "Help->Contents" menu option. Is this what you are looking for?

Unfortunatly, these are files on the drive -- not URLs. Perhaps I can look into uploading one of them to the board (if it will accept it)? Let me know.
