re-encodeing small vobs

is it possible to reduce the vob size parameters so rb will encode vobs of 15mb-40mb also. A few dvds have quite a sizable number of small vobs that are takin to much space for my liking.

been usin the search option to no avail- "minimum vob" "vob size" etc........
