I'm sorry to say that the changes made in the new version does not seem to have any influence on the stutter. (For me at least)
I ran the old "stutter-vob" file ,made with old DVDRB version, through Bitrateviewer and compared it with the newly created vob.
Bitrate viewer shows exactly the same peak. Ofcourse there are differences between the peaks from original source and the newly created. Due to compression.
The stutter always happen on "fast-moving-scenes" where the bitrate jumps from low- to high level. But still reauthoring with eg. Dvdmaestro removes the problem. I simpy can't figure out why...
@ Jdobbs. I will send you a PM shortly with original source vob and the one from output. And also log files.
Maby you can draw some conclussions.
