Generating IFO

I am missing the IFO files on a couple of DVDs.

One of them, I only have a bunch of VOBs. VTS_01_1.vob VTS_01_2.vob, etc.

Another one, I also have VTS_01_1.IFO, but missing the main VIDEO_TS.IFO

Are there any utilities that can automatically generate those?
