I think they're called PUOs or POUs, the restrictions on a dvd that prevent you from FF through the fed warnings, logos, and such. I know people can remove those in IFOEdit, but is there a way you can remove those on-the-fly when decrypting with DVD Decrypter?

Hi!
Sure - look at the "Settings" available under the three modes - "File", "IFO", and "ISO"...
(Click on the "Tools" dropdown menu and select "Settings")

>Is This Possible?
With 233 posts, you must know this is a rule 9 violation. :readrule:

There, I changed it. I actually thought that was an ok thread title because I did not know if "it" was possible. I guess I'll clarify my titling from here on.

IfoEdit can remove POUPs but only in the IFOs, not in the VOBs. Old version of DVD Decrypter used to do POUP removal in the IFO, on the fly, only until I approached LIGHTNINGUK! about implementing removing POUP in VOBs. Here's an old thread (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?t=62121).
